[Remote] Consultant Analyst – MedTech Strategy, Commercial Analytics & Transformation
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brillio is seeking an experienced MedTech Subject Matter Expert to support consulting engagements across Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Digital Health, and broader Healthcare sectors. This role will provide domain leadership in patient acquisition, physician engagement, and commercial excellence while collaborating with various teams to create actionable solutions and transformation roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary domain advisor for MedTech and Medical Device consulting engagements
- Lead assessments of patient, provider, and commercial journeys to identify friction points, leakage, and growth opportunities
- Advise on patient acquisition, physician engagement, referral management, therapy adoption, and patient support programs
- Support the design of omnichannel engagement strategies across marketing, sales, contact centers, and patient services
- Collaborate with AI, analytics, and technology teams to define business requirements, use cases, KPIs, and value realization frameworks
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, executive interviews, and current-state assessments
- Develop business cases, operating models, capability maps, and transformation roadmaps
- Provide industry insights on market trends, customer behavior, reimbursement dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and business development activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8–15 years of experience in Medical Devices, MedTech, Diagnostics, Healthcare Consulting, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, or Patient Services
- Strong understanding of patient and physician engagement models
- Experience with commercial operations, patient support programs, CRM-enabled engagement, or omnichannel marketing
- Ability to bridge business, technology, data, and operational stakeholders
- Strong consulting, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Experience in digital transformation, AI-enabled customer engagement, or customer journey optimization initiatives
- Knowledge of Salesforce, commercial analytics, marketing automation, or contact center ecosystems
- Experience working with global MedTech manufacturers or consulting organizations
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
