[Remote] Content Curation Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Team Red Dog is hiring a Content Curation Specialist for a global productivity and collaboration leader in AI-driven technology. In this role, you will shape AI-powered content experiences across Microsoft 365 applications by leveraging content strategy, data analytics, and visual design expertise.
Responsibilities
- Curate and optimize digital content collections across Microsoft 365 experiences, ensuring customers receive relevant, engaging, and high-quality content
- Evaluate content quality, visual design, usability, diversity, and customer value across multiple product surfaces
- Analyze content performance metrics, customer engagement signals, experimentation results, and usage trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into strategic recommendations that influence content investments and product priorities
- Develop scalable curation frameworks, quality standards, and content evaluation methodologies
- Partner with design, content, product, and engineering teams to execute content experiments and evaluate customer outcomes
- Publish and maintain content using internal CMS and publishing platforms while ensuring operational excellence
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders through compelling data-driven storytelling
- Continuously improve content strategies based on experimentation results, customer feedback, and emerging trends
- Support AI-generated content initiatives that enhance customer experiences across Microsoft 365 and Copilot
Skills
- Content curation and CMS expertise with 5+ years of experience managing large-scale digital content collections, metadata, publishing workflows, and content lifecycle management across customer-facing platforms
- Data analytics and reporting experience with 3+ years of experience analyzing content performance metrics, customer engagement data, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive strategic recommendations
- Content strategy or digital merchandising experience with 5+ years optimizing digital content experiences through curation, experimentation, customer insights, and performance analysis
- Strong visual design judgment with the ability to evaluate layouts, templates, imagery, usability, and overall content quality while balancing creativity with measurable business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content curation, digital merchandising, product strategy, design research, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of hands-on CMS experience managing enterprise-scale content collections, publishing workflows, and metadata
- 3+ years of experience analyzing performance metrics, customer engagement data, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout composition, customer-centered design, and content quality evaluation
- Experience supporting experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or customer engagement analytics
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations that influence business decisions
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, content, and engineering teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
- Familiarity with AI-powered content experiences, recommendation systems, personalization, or digital content ecosystems is highly preferred
