[Remote] Clinical Consulting Snr Manager

The Clinical Consulting Senior Manager will manage teams to deliver quality consulting engagements, achieve operational targets, and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for managing teams in providing quality consulting engagement with external customers to achieve operational and functional targets with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department and Oracle
• Understands business metrics/key performance indicators required for team to deliver the results
• Establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance team, department and organization objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress
• Influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within broader area of responsibility
• Identify, propose and lead team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; lead or influence strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Experience in managing teams in providing quality consulting engagement with external customers
• Understanding of business metrics/key performance indicators
• Ability to establish and communicate team or department goals
• Experience in influencing diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to identify, propose and lead team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives
• Experience in leading or influencing strategic initiatives at the department-level

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
