[Remote] Client Solution Analyst

The Client Solution Analyst role involves collaborating with project managers, gathering requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Have proficiency in understating scope and objectives by a thorough understanding of business systems and requirements
• Act as a liaison with end-user clients during the design and configuration of software requirements and customer specifications
• Excel in environments of ambiguity, change, and rapid iteration
• Have natural curiosity and a drive to understand complex concepts and systems, expanding scope beyond immediate areas of ownership
• Be a creative, flexible and positive problem solver who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and translate into proper system requirement specifications
• Adhere to process workflows SLA's, and escalation protocols
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Promo suite of solutions
• Perform timely and thorough proofreading of approved content to ensure high-quality delivery
• Prepare Pharma regulatory submission materials and submits documentation into client systems when needed

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
• 2-5 yrs. of professional experience
• Understanding of Pharma and Market access space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite
