[Remote] Chief Marketing Officer

Ridley Academy is the world's largest online piano education platform, seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to take full ownership of their Book-a-Call video sales letter funnel. The role involves managing ad accounts, building funnel architecture, and optimizing performance metrics to achieve significant monthly profits.
Responsibilities
- Own the full arc of the Book-a-Call video sales letter funnel, scripting and directing the VSL and ad creative
- Set up and run the ad accounts across Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and beyond
- Build the funnel pages and architecture, coordinating directly with the sales team on the handoff
- Track show-up rate, close rate, and ROAS, optimizing the whole system against those numbers
Skills
- Personally built and scaled a Book-a-Call or VSL funnel to seven figures in monthly profit, more than once, and can speak to specifics: niche, spend, ROAS, close rate, show-up rate
- Run their own ad accounts directly, hands in the dashboard, not just briefing someone else who does
- Real experience in or genuine sensitivity to emotional, identity-driven, or aspirational purchase categories
- A real aesthetic eye. You'll be making decisions on positioning, presentation, and brand, and Ridley Academy is a premium brand that needs to look and feel like one
- Full personal ownership. This is your funnel to build, run, and be accountable for, not a campaign you check in on
