[Remote] Midstream Operations Consultant

They are seeking a Midstream Operations Consultant to lead operations and business development initiatives across energy markets, design operational frameworks, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and business development initiatives across energy markets including LNG, LPG, GTL’s, and refined products
• Design and implement operational frameworks, policies, and processes aligned with organizational vision and culture
• Drive strategic planning and execution, including setting sales targets and marketing goals to support revenue growth
• Support and execute mergers and acquisitions activities, including evaluation and integration planning
• Manage and grow client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact
• Support commodity trading and commercial activities aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to resolve issues, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain effective working relationships
• Provide leadership oversight for project development and execution efforts to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals

Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in the energy sector spanning LNG, LPG, GTL's, refined products, and project development/execution
• Senior-level operations leadership and business development experience
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement business operations, policies, and process improvements
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, commodity trading, and business development
• Proven success in strategic planning and execution, including setting sales targets and marketing goals that drive growth
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of building client relationships and navigating challenging situations
