[Remote] Channel Growth Director

Finca y Viñedos Buena Fe is seeking a Channel Growth Director who will be a senior leader responsible for driving revenue and user growth through channel strategy and partner ecosystem development. The role involves designing growth strategies, managing multi-channel marketing, and coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute channel growth strategy aligned with company goals, KPIs, and market positioning
- Develop channel expansion plans, partner onboarding models, and performance management frameworks for distributors, dealers, DP agencies, or resellers
- Build multi-channel marketing and funnel mechanisms across e-commerce platforms (Amazon/VC/SC, Wayfair, Shopee, Ozon, Tmall, JD, Douyin), offline retail, and new channels
- Lead partner enablement, training systems, certification programs, and operational support to improve partner capability and sales performance
- Monitor channel performance metrics, conversion rates, ad ROI, List quality, pricing strategy, and category management, and drive optimization
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Data teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities and channel risks
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and LTV growth through channel tactics, content, SEO, social media, influencer partnerships, and co-marketing
- Manage channel budgets, P&L, forecasts, and executive reporting for growth initiatives
- Lead and develop channel growth teams, setting clear goals, performance standards, and succession depth
Skills
- 15+ years in channel growth, partner development, e-commerce operations, business development, or marketing leadership
- Strong background in multi-channel strategy, funnel optimization, data-driven performance, and channel economics
- Proven track record of scaling channel revenue, improving conversion, and building scalable partner ecosystems
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, B2B, or cross-border businesses is often preferred
- MBA or advanced study often preferred
