[Remote] Campus Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team in Albany, NY; Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL; or remotely from home. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting the next generation of talent by partnering with hiring managers and engaging with students to create exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Leadership, and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop campus recruiting strategies that support early careers growth
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for intern, co-op, entry-level, and experienced professional positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts
- Represent CHA at career fairs, university events, networking opportunities, and other recruiting initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations to strengthen CHA's campus recruitment presence
- Track recruiting activity and market trends to help inform talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning efforts
- Serve as a brand ambassador for CHA, promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required
- Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience required
- Experience planning and attending career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and on campus activities
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Passion for relationship-building, talent attraction, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and career services offer
- Experience sourcing candidates through networking, research, and social media platforms
- ICIMS experience
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance
