[Remote] Business Systems Analyst (BSA) \-Temonos
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in Temenos T24. The role focuses on translating complex banking requirements into configurable solutions within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate business and product requirements into clear, testable functional and non-functional specifications aligned with T24 capabilities
- Design product features including: Interest calculation methods and accruals, Charge plans and service fee structures, Product lifecycle rules and behaviors
- Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business, regulatory, and accounting standards
- Configure and support Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA) products
- Lead analysis and design of financial products in Temenos T24
Skills
- 5+ Years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
- Deep expertise in Temenos T24
- Ability to translate complex banking requirements into well-designed and configurable Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA) solutions
- Experience in financial product design, accounting, data analysis, and technology delivery within a regulated financial services environment
- Strong capability in leading analysis and design of financial products in Temenos T24
- Self-starter who is structured, pragmatic, and capable of managing accountability in a complex and fast-changing environment
