[Remote] Business Systems Analyst

Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support system improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in business analysis and systems documentation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with users to identify business needs
- Troubleshoot system issues and support existing applications
- Assist with system implementation and documentation
Skills
- 2+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and data entry skills
- Experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Data Entry
- Familiar with uploading data
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Healthcare or information systems experience
- Experience supporting integrated system implementation
