This role will focus on business analysis, process improvement, requirements management, system integration, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance crash reporting and data management processes.

Skills
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong expertise in Process Improvement and Requirements Management
- Experience with System Integration and SDLC methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Data Analysis, QA, and UAT testing
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Transportation, Highway Safety, or Traffic Operations experience
- Crash Reporting and Crash Data Management expertise
- Knowledge of NHTSA reporting requirements
- Government or Public Sector experience
