[Remote] Business Program Manager

As a Business Program Manager, you will lead strategic programs that connect organizational priorities to execution, ensuring effective delivery and adoption across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and understand the strategic priorities and OKRs that define programs success
• Translate organizational strategy into clear programs scope, objectives, and business outcomes
• Maintain alignment between programs activity and the strategic priorities that justified investment
• Support investment and prioritization decisions with a clear articulation of expected business outcomes and trade-offs
• Identify dependencies and conflicts across the programs portfolio and escalate where required
• Lead programs delivery with accountability for business outcomes and monitor performance against business value metrics
• Develop integrated plans that account for commercial adoption, migration complexity, and customer impact
• Define, track, and evidence business outcomes post-delivery, including revenue, customer adoption, and operational efficiency

Skills

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a commercial business environment
• Demonstrated ability to connect programs delivery to business strategy and measurable outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable engaging at senior leadership level
• Experience working across product, technology, commercial, and operations functions
• Understanding of go-to-market planning, commercial adoption, and organizational change management
• Familiarity with portfolio management, investment prioritization, and benefits realization
