[Remote] Senior Manager, Strategic Partnership Marketing

The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnership Marketing will manage key corporate partner relationships, overseeing marketing strategies and execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing account manager for high-value strategic partners, building trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and serving as their key point of contact within Good360’s marketing organization
- Lead the development and execution of annual co-marketing plans aligned with Good360’s mission, brand strategy, and organizational objectives, ensuring plans reflect both partner priorities and Good360’s impact narrative
- Manage the partnership marketing budget, overseeing allocation, tracking expenditures, and ensuring spend aligns with partnership and organizational goals
- Manage and evolve a partner engagement program that elevates Good360’s brand, while achieving annual partnership priorities and goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partner teams to manage partner storytelling and impact from conception to distribution across multimedia platforms, in coordination with Good360’s content strategy guidelines and goals
- Create production scripts, creative briefs, impact stories, reports, blogs, videos, webpages, internal documentation, and other content as needed
- Own and manage partner content calendars, ensuring all content is created, reviewed, and distributed on time and consistent with brand standards
- Identify partner media and PR opportunities and collaborate internally to support initiatives to build thought leadership, media engagement, and visibility
- Coordinate with internal nonprofit team to develop and maintain communication protocols with partner nonprofit beneficiaries to create, share, and increase the visibility of impact through events, stories, and assets
- Collaborate and partner with internal events team to execute co-branded events and partner activations, including nonprofit distribution events, community initiatives, employee engagement, and other shared programming that amplifies the visibility and impact of the partnership
- Lead multimedia content capture and storytelling across all partner event engagements
- Represent Good360’s brand and values with partners at meetings, events, and other engagements, including occasional travel
- Track and report on KPIs for partnership marketing programs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, delivering regular performance updates and insights to inform organizational decision-making and demonstrate partner value
- Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to create partnership reporting and impact storytelling
- Develop and help institutionalize best practices, assets, and templates for partnership marketing and co-branding, building a foundation that scales as Good360’s partner portfolio grows
- Serve as an internal advocate for partnership marketing in cross-functional discussions, contributing ideas and insights that strengthen Good360’s corporate partnership model
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a marketing account management, partnership marketing, or client services role at an agency or corporate brand
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value client/partner accounts, with a track record of building trust, growing relationships, and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to create marketing materials and content including impact stories, co-branded materials, slide presentations, concept notes, and onsite event materials
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage outside vendors, including photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals, to support the production of partnership marketing assets
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with confidence presenting to both internal teams and external partners
- A collaborative team player who is equally effective in leading strategic conversations and executing the details to deliver results
- Experience planning and executing co-branded or partner events, including logistics, coordination, creative production, and on-site or virtual management
- Experience in corporate-nonprofit partnership marketing or CSR communications with the ability to communicate impact authentically
- Experience using Asana or a comparable project management platform to manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint), Canva, and project management tools like Asana
- Familiarity with AI tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable platforms, and a willingness to integrate them into day-to-day workflows to work more efficiently
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to attend partner-related events as well as community distribution events
