[Remote] Business Development Executive – Exhibition Design & Build (Full-Time Contract)

Buzznation is an international exhibition design and build company delivering premium trade show booths and brand activations across multiple regions. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients to expand their presence in the US market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the United States
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and LinkedIn prospecting
- Engage with Marketing Directors, Event Managers, Procurement teams, Brand Managers and other key decision-makers
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Generate qualified opportunities for exhibition design and build projects
- Understand client objectives, exhibition requirements and project scope
- Present Buzznation's capabilities, portfolio and value proposition
- Develop trusted relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations
- Coordinate client presentations and proposal reviews
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities through the sales cycle
- Support commercial negotiations and successfully close new business
- Research companies exhibiting at major trade shows throughout North America
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Attend client meetings, networking events and exhibitions when required
- Represent Buzznation professionally within the industry
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports
- Meet agreed sales targets and performance metrics
Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Account Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities
- Self-driven, organized and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the United States as business requires
