[Remote] Account Executive – Healthcare IT / Epic Consulting (West Coast)

They are seeking an Account Executive for a client known for their expertise in healthcare IT consulting, focusing on new business development and relationship building within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Pursuing and closing new accounts across the health system landscape
- Deepening and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Aligning closely with CIOs, CMIOs, and other senior healthcare leaders on their biggest IT priorities
- Collaborating with partner AEs across the Epic, Workday, ServiceNow, and Meditech ecosystems
- Representing the firm at the major industry stages where this business gets done, including HIMSS and other HIT conferences
- Mentoring up-and-coming Account Managers as you grow
Skills
- 5–7 years selling IT consulting services to healthcare organizations, with a proven track record selling Epic service lines
- Established relationships with healthcare CXOs and IT Directors/Managers
- Strong command of the EMR/ERP lifecycle, from implementation and upgrades through support and optimization
- A genuine hunter's mentality, comfortable carrying quota and maintaining a pipeline at roughly 4x your target
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA
- Existing relationships across partner ecosystems like Workday, ServiceNow, or Meditech
- Active involvement in HIMSS chapters or a strong presence on the HIT conference circuit
- Experience mentoring or leading more junior client-facing team members
