[Remote] Business Consultant - Global Analytics

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Veeva Systems is building the industry cloud for Life Sciences through software, data, AI, and Business Consulting. As a Consultant in the Global Analytics Practice, you will help customers transform their operations and drive organizational change to bring treatments to patients faster.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation

Skills

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Proven expertise in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to quickly master new tools as needed
• A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions
