Overview
Craft & Communicate is seeking a highly professional, client-facing Client Relations Manager to help lead and strengthen relationships with our senior living marketing clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, understands digital marketing strategy at a high level, and can confidently communicate campaign performance, recommendations, and next steps to clients. This person will serve as one of the faces of C&C: leading client meetings, representing the agency at conferences and industry events, supporting light business development efforts, and helping ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our partnership. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, polished in communication, and capable of balancing relationship management with day-to-day coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Lead recurring client meetings and strategy calls
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and community teams
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Communicate campaign performance, recommendations, and project updates clearly and confidently
- Help clients understand the value and strategy behind SEO, digital ads, reporting, email marketing, websites, and marketing automation initiatives
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through
Client Communication & Coordination
- Send artwork, campaigns, and marketing materials to communities for review and approval
- Ensure client feedback is communicated clearly to internal departments
- Assist with gathering approvals, content, assets, and information needed for projects
- Help keep projects moving by proactively identifying roadblocks or missing items
- Support internal communication between departments and clients
Conferences & Business Development
- Represent Craft & Communicate at conferences, networking events, and industry functions
- Help strengthen agency visibility and relationships within the senior living industry
- Assist with light business development efforts, including introductory calls and relationship nurturing
- Help identify opportunities to expand client services when appropriate
Strategic Understanding This role is not responsible for executing technical work, but the ideal candidate must understand digital marketing strategy well enough to confidently discuss:
- SEO and organic strategy
- Digital advertising platforms and campaign goals
- Reporting and analytics
- Email marketing and marketing automation
- Website strategy and user experience
- Content marketing and lead generation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading client meetings and managing accounts
- Understanding of SEO, digital ads, reporting, email marketing, and digital strategy
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in senior living marketing is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Employment Details
- Full-time, remote position
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- All positions begin as a 90-day contract-to-hire arrangement
- After 90 days, candidates may be considered for full-time employment
