[Remote] Business Analyst with Zoho CRM

Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders (sales| marketing| operations teams) to understand business needs
- Analyze existing CRM processes and identify gaps
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within Zoho CRM
- Set up Zoho CRM modules| fields| layouts| profiles| and workflows
- Configuration experiences in Lead and deal pipelines| Automation rules (workflows|approvals| blueprints)|Email templates and notifications
- Customize UI and user roles to match business processes
- Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting
- Build integrations with third-party systems (ERP| marketing platforms| payment gateways|etc.)
- Create APIs or use Zoho integrations (Zoho Books| Desk| Campaigns| etc.)
- Customize reports| dashboards| and analytics
- Import export data from legacy systems
- Cleanse and structure data
- Ensure data integrity and deduplication
- Set up data security and access controls
Skills
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Zoho CRM solutions by translating business requirements into automated, scalable technical configurations and custom Deluge scripts
