Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software and process improvements. Analyze business needs and identify areas for enhancement and optimization. Develop process flow diagrams and user stories to clearly articulate requirements. Assist in the creation of functional specifications and system design documents. Support the testing and implementation of new solutions. Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams. Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends. Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and findings. Contribute to change management activities and user training initiatives. Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of information for the Omaha, Nebraska based projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio. Understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
