[Remote] Brand Partnerships & Content Growth Manager (North America)

Meitu Inc. is rapidly expanding its global footprint and is seeking a culturally wired, results-driven Brand Partnerships & Content Growth Manager to enhance their brand presence and organic user growth across the EU and North American markets. The role involves bridging western brand ecosystems with their product matrix, focusing on high-impact collaborations and campaigns to engage Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
Responsibilities
- Scout & Pitch Emerging Brands: Keep your finger on the pulse of western pop culture. You will actively identify, pitch, and secure rising-star brands in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and tech that align with our audience demographics, owning the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to negotiation
- Co-Design Native In-App Campaigns: Work hand-in-hand with external partners to design win-win collaborations. Whether it’s launching an exclusive custom filter/effect collection inside our apps, an IP crossover, or a viral joint social media event, you’ll ensure the integration feels natural, creative, and highly shareable
- Amplify via Influencer Networks: Partner closely with our internal Growth Team to turn up the volume on every brand collaboration. You’ll ensure partner brand narratives are smartly woven into creator briefs, UGC (User-Generated Content) pools, and our regional social media content matrices
- Own the Project Timeline: Act as the central coordinator between external brand partners, creative agencies, and our internal Product, Design, Legal, and Operations teams. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows to ensure all localized assets and product features launch flawlessly and on schedule
- Measure What Matters: We love creative ideas, but we are obsessed with organic growth. You will track, analyze, and report on post-campaign metrics (such as referral traffic, user active engagement, and organic acquisition numbers) to prove ROI and refine future partnership pitches
Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in brand partnerships, account management, or B2B2C marketing
- Prior experience working within high-volume consumer mobile apps, gaming, or fast-paced lifestyle/beauty brands is highly valued
- Deep cultural familiarity with the North American and European consumer landscapes
- Natural understanding of western internet culture, trends, and platform habits
- Highly organized, comfortable with data, and results-oriented
- Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is essential
