Remote - B2B Southeast Regional Sales Manager

If you are a dynamic and results-driven B2B sales professional in the Southeast we need you. Preference given to those candidates located in Georgia, Florida or the Carolinas. The perfect candidate is a sales professional with 2 – 4 years of B2B sales experience who excels at finding and closing business while delivering exceptional account management with existing customers. A demonstrated history of taking business from the incumbent is important for success.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closing. Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Collaborate as part of a cohesive team to support customers. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and CRM records. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred but not required. 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or a related industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive regional growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning skills. Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. Desire to grow in sales excellence. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory (50%). Compensation and Benefits. Base Pay Range: $60-80k. Commission and Bonus Opportunities (Monthly & Quarterly). 5 days of annual Paid Leave Vacation accrual based on tenure (14 days of vacation accrued in first year) 8 Paid Holidays. 401k with Company Contribution.
