- Coordinate and schedule repair/replacement appointments
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage

- Prepare work orders, invoices, and documentation
- Track job progress and update customers regularly
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Support technicians with job logistics and parts ordering
- Assist with general office administrative tasks
