[Remote] Associate Director – Product Delivery & Operations Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Medasource is a leading pharmaceutical organization seeking an experienced Associate Director – Product Delivery & Operations Lead. This role will provide execution-focused leadership across cross-functional product teams, ensuring product plans and key business initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of integrated cross-functional project plans aligned with strategic priorities and product launch objectives
- Drive execution of product plans by managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Outcomes Research, Medical Communications, Medical Education, Market Access, and Commercial teams
- Develop and maintain integrated project budgets and long-range planning forecasts
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, drive decision-making, and communicate key outcomes to stakeholders
- Support annual business planning, project scorecards, and operational reporting
- Utilize project management tools and best practices to improve execution and operational efficiency
- Serve as the operational leader connecting strategic direction with day-to-day execution
- Foster a collaborative team environment through mentorship, communication, and leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience leading cross-functional projects within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong project management experience managing scope, budgets, timelines, and project risks
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Approximately 10% travel required
- Pharmaceutical product delivery, launch, or operations experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other project management tools
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
