[Remote] Associate Customer Success Manager

The Associate Customer Success Manager will support and scale the Strategic Business Segment by partnering with high-value brands and ensuring customer growth through effective campaign strategies and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and activation of SBS customers by ensuring seamless integration of Amazon and Walmart accounts, establishing a strong foundation for long-term success
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate customer goals into structured campaign strategies, aligning to KPIs such as revenue growth, efficiency (ACOS/ROAS), and market share expansion
- Assist in rebuilding and optimizing campaign structures within the platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and long-term scalability
- Act as a key operational and analytical partner—monitoring performance, identifying trends, and surfacing actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes
- Deliver performance reporting and insights through dashboards and recurring business reviews, clearly connecting platform activity to customer results
- Support customer-facing conversations by reinforcing strategic recommendations, product adoption, and value realization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Product, and Finance to ensure executional excellence
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or digital advertising, ideally within eCommerce or ad tech
- Foundational understanding of Amazon and Walmart advertising ecosystems, including campaign structure, keyword targeting, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical instincts—you're comfortable interpreting performance data and translating it into clear, actionable recommendations
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities across a portfolio of customers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Clear and confident communicator, able to engage with both internal stakeholders and customer teams with credibility
- Motivated to grow into a fully strategic, customer-facing role with direct responsibility for retention, expansion, and long-term partnership success
- Experience in e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon/Walmart) is required
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics (ROAS, ACOS) and campaign optimization
