[Remote] Application Enterprise Architect with Healthcare Medicaid

The Application Enterprise Architect is responsible for overseeing the design, governance, and delivery of business and technical architecture for assigned accounts, ensuring architectural integrity and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Is the primary technology leader and architectural authority for the account, providing a comprehensive 360-degree view of business and technical architecture
- Own root cause analysis and permanent correction for account-related issues, ensuring that non-routine problems are resolved and work is driven to routine
- Is a production gatekeeper for the account, a voting member of the Change Advisory Board (CAB). Owns architecture governance, oversight, and standards for the account
- Introduce new solutions and innovations at the account level, managing end-to-end business and technical architecture documentation
- Owns capacity planning. Owns the roadmap. Ensures alignment of roadmap with Infrastructure Delivery Leader (IDL)
- Collaborates across Technologies to ensure consistency in solutioning
- Owns architectural integrity and delivery
- Owns mentorship of technical leaders and other key positions on the account
- Collaborate with client delivery leadership, infrastructure teams, and vendors to support and deliver architecture-related projects, processes, and ongoing operations
- Oversee architectural governance, ensuring solutions are consistent with established business objectives and service level agreements
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for the design, development, and implementation of account solutions
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and business continuity planning from an architectural perspective
- Lead documentation efforts for architecture run books, system diagrams, and technical standards
- Communicate regularly with client account leadership and teams to keep stakeholders informed of architectural progress, changes, and deadlines

- Account Architect Day-to-day Activity Examples:
- Lead architectural review sessions and participate in CAB meetings
- Manage and update architecture documentation and standards
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive permanent resolution of issues
- Oversee capacity planning and forecast future needs for the account
- Introduce and evaluate new solutions for business and technical challenges
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
- Focus on the non-routine and drive it to make it routine
- Focus on fixing systemic issues at the account

Skills
- Minimum of 10 years' Medicaid Management Information System experience
- Experience with architectural oversight and governance
- Experience in solution design and innovation
