[Remote] LinkedIn Ads Specialist – B2B Paid Media (Freelance, Part-Time)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Speedwork is a specialized B2B LinkedIn Ads agency in North America seeking a LinkedIn Ads Specialist. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, optimizing campaigns and creating engaging ad content for B2B audiences.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
- Writing ad copy and directing creative for B2B audiences
- Building and refining audiences, adjusting bids, and managing budgets
- Setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking (Insight Tag, Zapier, analytics integrations)
- Participating in bi-weekly client meetings and delivering performance reports with strategic recommendations
- Proactively surfacing insights and ideas
Skills
- Have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Are already active on LinkedIn — engaging with content, ideally posting
- Genuinely enjoy learning about paid media and follow the space closely
- Have agency or B2B tech experience and know how to manage client relationships
- Communicate clearly, proactively, and don't go quiet when things get busy
- Available 2–4 hours during US business hours daily
