[Remote] ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UHS is one of the nation’s largest providers of hospital and healthcare services, and they are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information and contribute to the optimization of administrative policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO
- Provide support for special office projects and assist other departments as needed
- Manage time effectively by setting priorities aligned with organizational needs, maintaining flexibility for unforeseen tasks, and completing work within assigned deadlines
- Always maintain confidentiality when interacting with employees, visitors, and all other contacts
- Maintain professional conduct and adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct and established policies
- Comply with the Company’s departmental security and human resources policies
Skills
- Bachelor conferred by an accredited university, preferably in office administration
- Two or more years of experience is preferable in the health field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
