[Remote] Accounting & Finance Recruiter (Full Desk)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced 360 Accounting & Finance Recruiter to build out a new division within their Accounting & Finance vertical. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle recruitment to deliver high-quality talent across accounting and finance functions.
Responsibilities
- Business Development — Build and expand client relationships across accounting firms, corporate finance departments, and industry‑specific organizations. Identify new business opportunities, open new accounts, and grow your own book of business
- Market Expansion — Develop and launch a new division/territory within the Accounting & Finance vertical, establishing Green Key’s presence in a new market
- Source Accounting & Finance Talent — Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates across accounting, finance, audit, tax, FP&A, and corporate operations
- Full Candidate Life cycle — Screen, qualify, prep, and guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Client Partnership — Work directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high‑quality candidate submissions
- Market Intelligence — Stay informed on hiring trends across accounting, finance, and corporate business sectors
- Pipeline Management — Maintain proactive pipelines for high‑demand accounting and finance roles
- Candidate Experience — Provide a consultative, high‑touch experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process
Skills
- 4–6+ years of recruiting experience within accounting, finance, or corporate business support
- Proven success in full‑desk (360) recruiting, including business development and client management
- Experience placing roles such as Staff Accountants, Senior Accountants, Financial Analysts, Controllers, Tax Professionals, etc
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows, month‑end processes, financial reporting, and corporate finance structures
- Ability to manage multiple searches, drive business development, and deliver consistent weekly activity
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a new territory or division
- Prior staffing agency experience strongly preferred
