[Remote] Account Manager - Exhibit Activations - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Spiro is a leading global experiential agency focused on cultivating powerful brand connections. They are seeking an Account Manager to partner with the Account Executive and ensure exceptional service delivery while managing client relationships and project details.
Responsibilities
- Manage details relative to client's convention program and associated projects; including preparation of contracts and revenue and cost estimating
- Prepare standard package of marketing materials for presentations, data requests and other special projects as appropriate to retain and grow business
- Coordinate with all internal departments (or within another General Service Contractor) all phases of show planning. Schedule Put to Work meetings and prepare require materials for the local operations teams
- Coordinate the production process associated with all assigned projects. Manage projects on an as needed basis
- Attend Job Update Meetings and provide information needed for a successful project. Verify work order information with the Operations Managers
- Consolidate and reconcile all work orders
- Provide on-site support as needed/scheduled. Documenting show-site notes and assisting Account Executive in post-show review document as necessary
- Regularly and accurately reporting time on a weekly basis. Provide timely updates/reports as required
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of industry experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to analyze available information and make sound decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work in a consultative manner with clients of varied levels internally and externally
- Travel up to 35%

- Will require the ability to interact and lead union labor
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and at show site
- Position averages 60-70 hours per week during peak show periods which occur several months of the year
- Requires ability to adapt to multiple settings/environments and shifting responsibilities
- Work will be required in both an office setting as well as a show floor setting
- Show site work is performed in tradeshow/convention venues nationwide
- Conditions can include a somewhat crowded or noisy area where mild discomfort may be caused by temperature, dust, or other conditions
- Convention and Trade show industry experience preferred
