Responsibilities

Project LeadershipLead multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through stabilization. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, scope, risks, and customer deliverables. Coordinate internal and customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Customer EngagementServe as the primary project management contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships with stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings, establish clear expectations, communicate progress, and drive timely decisions. Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Project GovernancePrepare customer status reports, executive updates, and Steering Committee presentations. Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and implementation artifacts across project management platforms. Track project milestones and ensure deliverables and phase exit criteria are completed. Continuous ImprovementExecute a standardized implementation methodology to deliver predictable, high-quality customer outcomes. Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve delivery through standardization, automation, and best practices. Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field preferred. 1+ year of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, consulting engagements, or customer-facing project management initiatives, including managing multiple concurrent projects. Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, risk, issue, and stakeholder management. Comfortable leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve planning, documentation, reporting, and meeting effectiveness. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Experience working with global customers and geographically distributed teams. Familiarity with change management and customer adoption best practices. Experience in Service Supply Chain, Asset Management, or Enterprise Software implementations is a plus. Ability to travel up to 25%.
