[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Advanced Rx is a company specializing in sinus and allergy health, providing personalized sinus care through their platform. The Account Manager – Inside Sales is responsible for growing prescribing volume among established ENT Specialists and Allergists, utilizing consultative selling techniques and managing relationships with prescribers.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly NP, upsell, and cross sell goals along with daily activity expectations
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily (minimum 30 dials/day) to prescribers and office staff within the assigned book to drive upsell, cross-sell, and re-engagement
- Open and manage upsell and cross sell opportunities from start to finish, tracking progress through all opportunity stages in the CRM to closed/won
- Build and maintain strong rapport with prescribers and all levels of medical staff to uncover patient makeup, practice needs, and opportunities to grow prescribing volume
- Deliver concise, professional, and engaging presentations over the phone, ask for monthly prescribing commitments, and position the Advanced Rx products/ services where it fits the practice
- Monitor the assigned book for at-risk (quiet for 30 days) and inactive (quiet for 60 days) prescribers and re-engage promptly to keep the book active
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, notes, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM efficiently
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners — including pharmacists, marketing, customer experience, and sales leadership — and refer net-new prescriber opportunities to the acquisition sales team
Skills
- 3+ years of sales experience required, ideally in pharmacy, healthcare, or a regulated B2B environment
- Inside sales/phone sales experience (high-volume daily calls), comfortable asking for monthly prescribing commitments
- Proven track record of retaining and growing existing accounts and demonstrating measurable sales impact
- Self-starter able to independently prioritize a large book by tier and risk, and work it from CRM data and dashboards
- Work hours must align with the assigned book's time zones
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Comfort with numbers — understands NP baselines, seasonally-weighted upsell goals, and active/inactive status
- Must have the willingness to take ownership of the job
