[Remote] Account Management Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Springbord is an India-based real estate back-office services company supporting commercial real estate owners, operators, property managers, and retailers across the United States and Canada. The Account Management Executive will serve as the primary relationship owner for North American clients, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and growth across various real estate service engagements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for an assigned portfolio of US and Canadian CRE clients
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) covering SLA performance, open items, and service roadmap
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client-side controllers, property accountants, lease administrators, and asset managers
- Manage client communication across time zones in coordination with Springbord's India delivery team
- Monitor turnaround times and accuracy metrics across lease abstraction, lease administration, CAM reconciliation, property accounting, bank reconciliation, and AP/AR engagements
- Coordinate with Springbord's operations team to resolve exceptions, quality issues, and delivery risks before escalation
- Track SLA adherence and ensure timely delivery of client engagements
- Coordinate client onboarding, workflow documentation, and engagement transitions
- Ensure clients are alerted on critical lease dates, renewal options, rent escalations, and CAM audit deadlines
- Manage the annual CAM reconciliation cycle and support lease administration activities
- Ensure lease data integrity across platforms such as Yardi, MRI, CoStar, and AppFolio
- Track month-end close schedules, bank reconciliation activities, and coordinate with client accounting teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Work with Springbord's BD team to prepare expanded SOWs and rate proposals
- Monitor contract expiry dates and drive renewal conversations
- Document and communicate value delivered to clients in support of renewals and case studies
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate operations, property management, or real estate back-office services
- Working knowledge of commercial lease structures - NNN, gross, modified gross, percentage rent, CAM provisions, and rent escalation clauses
- Familiarity with CAM reconciliation mechanics, lease administration, and property accounting
- Exposure to ASC 842 / IFRS 16 lease accounting standards
- Experience working with property management platforms such as Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, or RealPage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—comfortable presenting to controllers, CFOs, and senior property operations teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for report review, exception tracking, and data validation
- Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with offshore delivery teams
- Prior experience working with an outsourced real estate services or BPO firm
- Exposure to lease administration platforms (CoStar, Visual Lease, LeaseAccelerator)
- Experience managing accounts with REIT, institutional landlord, or multi-location retail clients
- Familiarity with Canadian real estate market practices
