[Remote] Account Manager

INE is an award-winning IT training platform that focuses on creating technical experts in Cybersecurity, Networking, Data Science, and Cloud. They are seeking an Account Manager to grow revenue by driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, while building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying and successfully driving upsell and cross-sell sales opportunities
- Fluently articulate INE’s value proposition in a compelling and effective way
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly expansion sales targets and productivity goals
- Insightfully map organizations and build relationships across client accounts
- Drive consultative solution sales cycles with clients and thoroughly understand their needs, goals, and challenges
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and proactively communicate updates, progress, and issues
- Develop and execute account plans that align with client objectives and drive revenue growth for the company
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects and solutions that meet client expectations and exceed service level agreements
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track account health, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Develop proposals, contracts, and other documentation that accurately reflect client requirements and company capabilities
- Accurately manage pipeline and forecast
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and knowledge
- Continuously improve account management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Skills
- 7+ years of direct B2B account management and sales experience
- Experience selling to VP and C level executives
- Track record of success growing accounts
- Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques
- Track record of consistent quota attainment
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
