[Remote] Account Executive / Recruiter | Territory Lead | Professional Services
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced agency recruitment professional to join their growing team. This role combines business development, account management, and recruiting, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping shape the future growth of the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts through consistent communication, exceptional service, and long-term relationship building
- Drive business development efforts through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market mapping
- Recruit, source, and qualify top talent for client opportunities
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines utilizing ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing tools
- Evaluate specialized skill sets and match candidates to client hiring needs
- Develop creative strategies to engage both active and passive candidates
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, compensation, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with leadership on office growth initiatives, recruiting strategy, and market expansion opportunities
- Continue billing while contributing to the development and long-term success of the division
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of agency recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development experience
- 8+ years preferred for senior-level consideration
- Proven success in a 360 recruiting or client-facing sales environment
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build, grow, and exceed goals
- Industry expertise in Professional Services, Finance & Accounting, Legal, HR
- Experience in Professional Services, Finance & Accounting, or related verticals preferred
- Experience in various agency backgrounds
