[Remote] Account Executive - Mid Market

They are seeking a driven Account Executive who will generate new business through outbound sales and manage the full sales cycle, including closing multi-year SaaS agreements.
Responsibilities
- Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, phone, email, and creative outreach
- Develop strategic account plans and target high-potential mid-market brokerage organizations
- Qualify inbound opportunities and convert interest into revenue
- Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and consistently create new opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Deliver compelling, consultative product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
- Manage competitive evaluations and complex buying processes
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms
- Close multi-year SaaS agreements and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with Marketing to maximize campaign performance and lead conversion
- Share customer insights and market feedback with Product and Leadership teams
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from sale to adoption
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Leverage Gong and sales analytics to continuously improve performance
- Consistently achieve and exceed quota expectations
Skills
- 3–7 years of successful SaaS or technology sales experience
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota and winning new business
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and experience building your own pipeline
- Confidence navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and executive-level conversations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, competitive, and accountable for results
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where initiative matters
- Real estate technology (PropTech) experience
- Experience selling CRM, marketing automation, workflow, productivity, or presentation software
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and Microsoft technologies
- Startup or scale-up experience where you've helped build processes and drive growth
