[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Client Command is a leader in the automotive industry, specializing in converting Active Shoppers into customers. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating revenue, retaining clients, and expanding relationships while providing consultative sales assessments to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Regular client engagement in person, via phone and web meeting, including tracking/documenting discussions
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through in person, outbound contact
- Meet or exceed targets related to revenue quota, activities and retention metrics as well as existing account growth partnering with dealer services & cx teams
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products and remain up to date on industry news and market challenges
- Utilize reporting systems, aggregated data and CRM tools to aid in tracking, qualifying and managing prospect base
- Ability to quickly identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/solutions and close sales opportunities, providing expertise to directly drive revenue
- Able to build rapport with key contacts at all levels within assigned territory and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned business segment
- Adhere to all quality standards, company values and processes
- Provide regular feedback to leadership about the market and competitor activity
Skills
- Ability to strategize and collaborate with a large extended team
- Experience with sales of newly launched products
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience with Digital Marketing and leveraging data to help clients succeed
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactively seeks new business opportunities in the market
- Knowledgeable and comfortable with CRM systems and sales forecasting processes
- Automotive industry-related sales experience required with 3+ years' selling product to dealerships, reseller and agency partners strongly preferred
