[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. White Circle is an AI Safety company focused on creating safety and optimization layers for AI systems. The Account Executive will manage the sales cycle, build relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to developing sales strategies for growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close
- Develop relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders
- Run product demos and help customers understand how White Circle fits into their AI stack
- Navigate complex buying processes involving technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers
- Work closely with CEO & Head of Revenue on strategic opportunities
- Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams
- Help develop the messaging, sales process, and playbooks that will support future growth
Skills
- 2+ years closing net-new B2B SaaS/AI to mid-market or enterprise, where ACV > $100k and product was not sold mainly on brand or relationships
- Technically literate - can hold conversations about complex technical products and have credibility with technical buyers
- Previously worked as an SDR and graduated to AE in no more than 2 years
- Can operate effectively without established playbooks or processes
- Happy hunting your own deals initially
- Extensive cold calling experience
- Readiness to travel to clients
- Perfect English
- Have sold technical or security/infra/dev-tools products
- Have founded a company or built something from scratch
- Have been an early sales hire at a startup, especially a YC company
- Have experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or in another technical role
