[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fusable is seeking a motivated, consultative Account Executive to help accelerate new business growth. In this role, you will identify, engage, and win new customers by helping organizations in the agriculture, construction, and trucking industries make smarter business decisions through Fusable's market-leading data and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, strategic account research, referrals, networking, and industry events. Build relationships with decision-makers and create opportunities through thoughtful, persistent outreach
- Take ownership of building and maintaining a healthy pipeline. Consistently prospect, qualify opportunities, and generate enough pipeline to exceed quota. Not simply rely on inbound demand
- Respond quickly and effectively to inbound inquiries and Sales Development-generated opportunities. Qualify prospects, execute timely follow-up, and deliver a world-class buying experience throughout the sales process
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover business challenges, quantify impact, and connect Fusable's solutions to measurable business outcomes. Build urgency by helping prospects understand the cost of maintaining the status quo
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business cases tailored to each prospect's business, highlighting measurable ROI and long-term value
- Maintain accurate opportunity management, activity tracking, and forecasting within Salesforce. Operate with exceptional pipeline hygiene and provide reliable forecast updates that leadership can trust
- Develop a deep understanding of your customers, industries, competitors, and market trends. Position yourself as a trusted advisor by bringing relevant insights and expertise to every conversation
Skills
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota and generating net new business
- Hunter Mindset: Prospecting is a core part of your sales process, not something you do only when pipeline is light. You have a proven ability to consistently create opportunities through outbound activity
- Consultative Selling Skills: Strong discovery skills with the ability to uncover business challenges, quantify impact, and create urgency
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Experience using Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) with a commitment to maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data
- Comfortable leveraging modern sales technology and AI tools to improve productivity and effectiveness
- Coachability: You actively seek feedback, apply coaching, and are committed to continuous personal and professional growth
