[Remote] Account Executive

Hat Trick Productions is looking for a part-time remote Account Executive to manage and expand client relationships while supporting revenue growth. The role involves prospecting new leads, conducting virtual meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Managing and expanding client relationships while supporting revenue growth
- Prospect and qualify new leads
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or product demonstrations
- Follow up with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Preparing proposals
- Negotiating terms in alignment with company guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
- Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership
- Consistent, proactive communication with clients
- Effective time management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or business development with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly and handle client objections effectively
- Proficiency with CRM software and common productivity tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, spreadsheets) and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and meet part-time schedule requirements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client feedback and market information to identify opportunities and risks
- Collaborative approach and willingness to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer support teams
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in business, communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in a client-facing role within a B2B environment is preferred
- Industry-specific experience is a plus but not required
