[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. QSI, Inc. is a comprehensive security services and bank equipment company operating in the financial and commercial arenas. They are seeking an Account Executive to promote, present, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Serves customers through consultation and selling products and services to meet customer needs and expectations
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts through strategic planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing customers or prospects
- Adjusts content of solution presentations to meet market demand
- Submit orders after developing proposals from the price lists and product literature
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating market fundamentals, trends, and competitive developments
- Manages customer relationships by investigating challenges, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to customers and management
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
- Contributes to team effort by collaborating with peers and internal and external support groups
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of successful technology/banking solutions sales experience selling to banks and credit unions
- Minimum of 2 years selling ATMs, physical and electronic security, drive up banking equipment, along with service sales experience
- Competent PC skills using in-house systems and Microsoft office
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication skills
