[Remote] Account Director – Lead Generation - Home Services
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blue Fire Leads is a full-remote lead generation company specializing in home services. They are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead their Home Services division, responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing client success, and managing the Account Management team.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth, margin performance, and retention across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key client portfolios
- Forecast revenue and performance trends and report directly to executive leadership
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing partnerships and new market segments
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Account Management team
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development
- Allocate resources and balance workload to maximize efficiency
- Drive accountability through KPIs and performance tracking
- Serve as senior point of contact for key clients and strategic partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms, affiliates, and vendors
- Educate clients on Blue Fire Leads’ products and identify high-value growth opportunities
- Resolve complex client and technical issues
- Improve and standardize internal processes for campaign management and lead generation
- Implement scalable systems for targeting, nurturing, and converting leads
- Monitor campaign performance and drive optimization initiatives
- Stay current with digital advertising and lead generation best practices
Skills
- BA/BS degree from 4-year university required
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising or online lead generation
- 2+ years of team leadership or management experience
- Strong background in performance marketing and data-driven optimization
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of affiliate marketing, paid search, and web development processes
- Proven leader with strong collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives
- Experience in the Home Services industry is a plus
