About the position We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced hiring team by managing interview logistics and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This role plays a critical operational function within the talent acquisition team by coordinating high volume interviews, maintaining consistent candidate communication, and ensuring timely hiring manager feedback. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working across various time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones
  • Manage interview calendars for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Coordinate interview logistics including conference room reservations and virtual meeting links
  • Candidate Communication Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Provide interview confirmations, reminders, and follow up communications
  • Ensure candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process
  • Hiring Team Support Follow up with hiring managers to ensure timely interview feedback
  • Assist recruiters and hiring teams with scheduling adjustments and interview coordination needs
  • Applicant Tracking System Management Update candidate records and maintain accurate information within the applicant tracking system
  • Track interview stages and ensure documentation is completed within the system
  • Onboarding Support Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires
  • Support the transition from candidate selection to new hire onboarding activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting high volume interview scheduling or recruiting coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands
  • Experience managing calendars and coordinating across multiple time zones
  • Proficiency working with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting corporate recruiting teams or talent acquisition departments
  • Familiarity with high volume hiring environments
