Recruiter/Account Manager
Part-Time Recruiter (Remote) | Growth Opportunity Four Leaf Recruiting is growing, and we're looking for a motivated recruiter who wants more than just another remote job. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and willing to put in the work to learn and grow. We specialize in transportation, logistics, and delivery operations across the United States. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, staying organized, and helping clients build strong teams. This is a remote, part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the company continues to grow.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate screenings
- Maintain organized recruiting pipelines and candidate records
- Assist with onboarding and hiring processes
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support multiple recruiting projects simultaneously
- Help build and improve recruiting systems and processes

Recruiting experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, work ethic, and a desire to grow.
