Real Estate Wholesaling Call Center Representative We are a real estate wholesaling company that gets a ton of inbound calls of people who want to sell their properties. We are looking for someone who is able to pick up calls in real-time throughout the entire day, speak with our prospective sellers, intake their property information, and let them know we'll be back in touch with an offer. This role will require a substantial amount of data entry (need to fill out a form for every call into our CRM) and a substantial amount of being on the phone for calling/texting (you will be the one person responsible for responding to all our sellers in real-time). Job Description: - Responding to 100% of inbound calls right when they come in (no missed calls) - Responding to inbound text messages within 3 minutes - Speaking on the phone with homeowners/landlords about possibly selling their property. Must be comfortable speaking about specific details (bed/bath count, square footage, repairs needed, etc.) - Maintaining a call sheet that tracks the progress and outcome of each specific call - Inputting interested homeowners' email and phone number into our master CRM/database Expectations: - Available full-time; expected to be online 10 hours a day, 5 days a week (50 hours a week) - (Not a requirement) Available to work on weekends. Your working schedule will include 2 weekends and 3 weekdays. You will still have 2 days off per week, they will just be weekdays instead of weekends. - Instant response time when sellers call/text - Instant response time when teammates video chat you via our virtual office
