Project Manager – Telecom & Contact Center Migration Location: Remote (Travel as Needed) Duration: Contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical telecommunications and contact center modernization initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing large-scale migration projects, including the transition of multiple legacy telephony platforms to Microsoft Teams Voice (VoIP) and supporting the migration away from a primary data center environment. The ideal candidate has experience leading enterprise-wide telecom transformations, managing complex workstreams, and driving projects from planning through execution while ensuring milestones, budgets, and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale telecom and voice migration projects from inception through completion Manage the migration of legacy telephony systems to Microsoft Teams Voice (VoIP) Oversee Contact Center implementation and integration efforts Own and manage assigned project workstreams, ensuring successful delivery Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and leadership Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and drive resolution Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

Experience managing TalkDesk Contact Center implementations Proven experience leading large-scale telecom migration projects Strong experience with Microsoft Teams Voice/Telephony Experience with VoIP technologies and voice infrastructure Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can confidently lead large-scale telecom transformation efforts, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
