Project Manager II
Description Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation. Lead and manage programs supporting sales transformation priorities, including org redesign, headcount planning, and go-to-market strategy Coordinate across workstreams and stakeholders to track decisions, dependencies, and open items—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Build and maintain executive-ready communications, decision logs, and program documentation Support planning and execution of key operating rhythms (e.g., leadership reviews, planning cycles, cross-functional working sessions) Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and external partners (e.g., ZS Associates) to define scope, timelines, and deliverables Track execution across initiatives, proactively surfacing risks and mitigation plans Support change management efforts tied to new go-to-market motions, coverage models, and sales programs Develop program status updates and briefing materials for CSO and leadership audiences Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.58 - $38.58/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
