  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field

Experience & Skills

  • 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or online advertising
  • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and campaign performance tracking
  • Basic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO strategies and AI-powered SEO tools
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Knowledge of advanced audience segmentation and automated marketing workflows
