Production Support
Production Support Engineer We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer to ensure the stability, continuity, and seamless performance of critical enterprise applications. In this role, you’ll act as the first line of defense for production ecosystems, leveraging tools like Control-M, SelectM, ServiceNow, and SQL Server to proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize both production and non-production environments. Your daily impact will span from scheduling and managing change requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams during deployment windows, and executing backend scripts/batch jobs, to handling incident resolution with speed and precision resolving P2/P3 issues within strict SLAs. You’ll also be responsible for password renewals, database support requests (access, backup/restore, data transfers), and routine infrastructure upkeep such as weekly/monthly server reboots. Schedule change requests. Need to co-ordinate with concern teams during the change window and provide the support on non-prod deployments as well whenever needed. Password renewals, Creating CR and follow up with concern team during Change window. Need to keep an eye on service now tickets (SCTASKS, Incidents) Based on priority need to take necessary action. P3/P2 tickets should be resolved in an hour. Monitor portals and reports on daily basis DB access requests, DB backup/restore requests, Data transfer requests Weekly servers reboots and Monthly servers reboots Batch file execution, Scripts execution from backend
