All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Solving Problems Through Systems Translate business problems, opportunities and requirements into structured system improvements and automation requests that make data more transparent and our internal customers’ lives easier. Collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows and improve efficiency by leveraging our sales stack.. Create and maintain Salesforce SOPs, process maps, and documentation. Ensure user adoption is top notch of whatever you release - training materials, office hours, documentation, you work to ensure the team understands how to leverage your hard work. Deepen our ability to scale our organization through deep integration of all our sales tools to work harmoniously together Salesforce & Sales Stack Service Delivery Consistently deliver high quality Salesforce support aligned with SLAs and business needs. Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce related inquiries. Troubleshoot user issues and resolve where possible, or route complex concerns to the Salesforce Admin or Developer. Monitor recurring issues and recommend preventive improvements. Data Management Maintain and update Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Support data imports, exports, audits, and cleanups. Identify inconsistencies and partner with stakeholders to strengthen data governance. Quality Assurance Test new features, automations, and integrations before deployment. Document test cases, expected results, and findings. Coordinate issue resolution prior to release to minimize operational disruption. Revenue Operations Coordination Work closely with the CIO, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align system updates (predominantly SFDC, but there are other sales tools) with business priorities. Act as a bridge between technical and non technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. Track enhancement requests and support structured rollout of updates. Your core expertise & skills that matter most for this role: 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role. Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures. Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes. Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation. Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross functional environment. Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not required.
