Your main tasks will be: Regularly analyze core product metrics to catch outliers and negative trends early Organize A/B tests — validate test setup quality and calculate results Provide analytical support for generating and prioritizing product hypotheses Dig into raw data arrays to surface growth points and uncover implicit dependencies between metrics Support unit economics: LTV, CAC, and ARPU calculations by cohort Build impact forecasting models — net revenue and expected income projections for new projects and features We expect from you: A degree in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field Solid knowledge and hands-on experience applying mathematical statistics and probability theory Proficiency with data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization tools (MS SQL, Python, Excel) Deep experience designing and analyzing A/B tests Strong command of marketing metrics and practical experience applying them A proactive mindset — you initiate and validate analytical tasks rather than waiting to be asked What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; 50% payment for professional training, international conferences, and meetings; Corporate discount for English lessons; Health benefits.
